UMY, Yogyakarta – On November 19, 21, and 22 the Department of Political Science will be conducting a workshop at Meeting Room of Postgraduate Building in 1st floor. The said workshop aims to help Doctor of Philosophy students on how to make a journal article that can be possibly published in an international and reputable journal. Hence, this is a great opportunity for professors, students, and scholars to gather and discuss current trends in international journals.

Resource persons of this workshop are Prof. Dr. Achmad Nurmandi, M.Sc., who will be discussing strategies for selecting articles for review of literature, construction of the introduction part, and how to make a literature review; Hilman Latief, MA, Ph.D., who will be giving writing tips; and Eko Priyo Purnomo, M.Res, Ph.D., who will be discussing article submission and revision process and how to make a literature review.
This workshop is designed to help Doctor of Philosophy students formulate, structure, and organise information. It provides a place where students can build confidence and be more enthusiastic in doing their article in the journal .
