January 28, 2018 Election organizers are an important element to encouraging the implementation of democratization at the local level, so it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of the value of democracy in depth, if able to hold elections well and safely, especially the implementation of elections in order to encourage citizen participation in accordance with the mindset of creation substantial democracy expected by the state base and ideology of the nation
Therefore, the Master of Government affairs and administration of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta held the 2018 School of Elections held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 starting from 9:00 to 17:00 WIB held in classroom 310 Postgraduate Building 3rd floor. The purpose of the implementation of this election school is to strengthen the ability and intelligence of all stakeholders involved in the elections in order to create responsible, transparent, fair and integrity elections, and will strive to achieve prosperity for the people in accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution
