One fully-funded PhD fellowships at Department of Government Affairs and Administration, JK School of Government, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta to study e-governance related (1) interoperability in e-governance and (2) e-procurement and corruption in Asian Countries.

We are seeking one PhD students for a fully-funded (tuition, living, and housing facility) to pursue research. The doctoral student will work under the advisement of Prof. Dr. Achmad Nurmandi (

3/achamad-nurmandi/). Students with interest or backgrounds in inter- disciplinary approaches to discover at the intersection of government affairs, public administration, computer science and organization are welcome to apply.

Academic experience preferred:

• We welcome PhD students from academic or university
• Candidates should have a master degree in political science, public administration, or governmental science or government
• Candidates have international journal publications
• English fluency (TOEFL 550 up or IELTS 6) under ETS

Appointment: The appointment is expected to be filled as soon as possible with an anticipated start date of March 1, 2023. This fellowship includes a monthly stipend and covered tuition, and health insurance.scholarship
